What is mirror surface rejection of a retroreflective sensor?
Mirror surface rejection (MSR) is a special feature of a retroreflective sensor to only receive back the same light it emitted, and not light from anywhere else. It does this by polarising and filtering the light to make sure it only receives back the same source of light it emitted. This helps to reduce nuisance triggering caused by reflected light.
