Are there any adapters to separate sense and force of GNDU?

Yes. N1254A-100 GNDU to Kelvin adapter can be used. GNDU to Kelvin adapter is attached to the GNDU terminal on the front panel of E5270A/E5272A/E5273A, and the 16493K Kelvin Triaxial cable is connected to this adapter.When you connect the GNDU terminal of E5270A/E5272A/E5273A to the input terminal of the E5250A Switch Frame, you can use the E5250-60004 Triaxial to Dual Triaxial adapter and 16493H GNDU
