You'll find information about a product's support status on the product detail page. The quickest way to get to a product detail page is to enter the model number in the search box above. Be sure to use the entire number. For example, enter 8116A, not 8116.In the search results, you'll find the product detail page listed under Products, Services & Industries.At the top of each product detail page, below the title, you'll find an orange "lifecycle" indicator, which shows whether the product is active, discontinued, or obsolete. If the status is discontinued, then the product is no longer sold, but it is fully supported at this time. Check the product page to find the date through which the product is supported. If the status is obsolete, then the product is no longer sold or supported.
