SummaryBenchVue Installation IssuesDescription Several problems are typical:You do not have administrator permission. This is required for installation but not to run BenchVue.Some dependencies were unable to be installed. This is especially true when you are trying to do an offline installation. Sometimes this is a firewall issue, so check with IT to see if there are any restrictions. For an offline installation, use the ISO image located at: Click the ISO image link on the right side of the table:The Keysight server that is used by the built-in downloader in BenchVue is a slow virtual machine and is subject to outages and interruptions. Sometimes this causes a timeout in the download utility which results in a crash. Usually, re-trying the download fixes the problem. If not, go to the link above to find the installer(s) you wish to use.Some versions of BenchVue and related apps require .NET 3.5. This is no longer standard in Windows 10. Installing it may require assistance from an IT department. Run the Keysight BenchVue Troubleshooting Wizard to help pinpoint potential problems during installation.
