Keysight B2912A Command Expert Pulsed Sweep Output and Measurement Example

This program will output a pulsed sweep output from the B29xx series SMUs. This can be used to measure the current of an LED for example. Description of Example. Please see attachment for the Command Expert code. The program sets up the necessary parameters for the pulsed measurement as well as the appropriate trigger settings. Key input parameters can be adjusted from the left-hand pane. The output parameters (V and I measurements) can be copied to the clipboard and transferred to another data processing application. Before running the program, change the address of the instrument to your instrument address. This can be found in Keysight Connection Expert when the instrument is connected using your preferred interface. You can export this to other programming languages using the Export feature within Command Expert.
