Can 4263B preserve Open/Short/Load correction data by using Save/Recall function?

No. The Open/Short/Load correction data are automatically saved into non-volatile memory (EEPROM) of the 4263B after the correction is performed. The existing correction data is overwritten with new one and cannot be recalled.
