The Calc2 will only return the peak information (i.e. wavelength / power) as shown below, while Calc1 will return the entire uncorrected frequency spectrum as shown below.  In front panel operation, only the calibrated peak data can be exported. The raw data from the scan is only available using the programming interface. The trace data(resulting from the Fourier transform) can be uploaded from the 86122C with the “:CALCulate1” subsystem commands of the Programming Guide. This trace is not adjusted with the instrument calibration as that needs to be done for individual laser lines.
