The .iso file should be burned to a DVD (5GB of space required, so a double sided DVD is recommended). Alternatively it can be mounted virtually in Windows on the unconnected PC.  BenchVue may then be installed on the unconnected PC. The Power Sensor's license must be redeemed on a PC with BenchVue that is connected to the internet. Connect the Power Sensor, follow the prompts and an activation code will be generated. Note this code and it may be entered when the Power Sensor is connected to the unconnected PC.
