Can I adjust the large slot laser sweep rate using the internal PACT application for the 8164 mainframe?

The sweep rate is not directly settable. It is currently defaulted to 5 nm/sec. The user has the capability to set the start and stop wavelength along with the step size. These parameters will determine the time it takes the laser to complete a scan.
