On the host PC, run the M8190A Firmware: The firmware window shows as something like this: Note down the VISA address as shown by the arrow above. Next, note down the IP Address of the host PC by executing "ipconfig" from the Command Prompt as shown below: Now, on the remote PC, open Keysight Connection Expert (this is part of the Keysight IO Libraries) and click Add - Lan Instrument - Enter Address and enter the IP address of the remote PC and then under Set Protocol, select Instrument radio button and match the remote name to the same value as what was shown for the VISA name in the remote PC when the M8190A firmware was run.  See the screenshot below for illustration: Now, you are connected to the M8190A from the remote PC and it has VISA name as highlighted below:
