Can I measure Power vs. Time of the 1xEV-DO forward link signals with idle slot and active slot mixed condition for the PSA and E4406A Series?

Yes. PSA firmware A.09.18 and later and E4406A VSA firmware revision A.10.06 and later have measurement setup menu for such mixed and burst signals. When Idle Slot is selected in {Slot Type} under [Meas Setup] menu in Power vs. Time, active slots will be excluded from power calculations in averaging. The analyzer can detect and gather idle slots only for averaging.
