Can I apply a DC offset voltage to the RF output of ESG/PSG?

No, ESG/PSG (and all our RF/Microwave Signal Genrators) do not have a capability of applying a DC offset to their RF output signal. To get a DC offset, you could use a Bias Network (model number: 11590B, 11612A, and 11612B) and a DC supply.
