Can I import Cadence Allegro files into CAMCAD?

Cadence Allegro extract files can be imported into CAMCAD. Cadence/Allegro exchange data files are created using an Allegro utility called 'extract'. Because the extract utility requires a license for Allegro, it MUST be executed on a machine that has Allegro installed.
