Can I read a list sweep measurement data by operating the soft-panel of the E4980A on Web Browser?

You can read a list sweep measurement data using Web-server control mode. Interconnect the E4980A with an external PC using a crossover LAN cable. In order to control the E4980A over a Web server, perform as follows: 1. Preparing external controller   To establish communication between the E4980A and the external controller (PC), set IP address of TCP/IP protocol on the controller to a nearest one (for example, 192.168.1.102) to the E4980A's address (192.168.1.101) described in the E4980A User’s Guide. Set subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. 2. Control using web server   Start Internet Explorer on the controller. Type http://192.168.1.101/ in the address field and press the enter key. The web server start screen appears as shown below: 3. Getting the E4980A soft-panel displayed in the controller   Click "Browser Web Control" key in the web server start screen. The E4980A soft-panel appears as shown below: 4. Executing list-sweep setup from the soft panel   Click Meas Setup key. Click LIST SETUP key. Enter list-sweep parameter values in the list setup table. Click Meas Setup key. Select TRIG mode function with cursor keys and set it to MANual trigger mode. 5. Saving list-sweep measurement data in buffer memory   Click Save/Recall key. Click SAVE DATA key. Click START LOG key. Click Display Format key. Click LIST SWEEP key to get the list-sweep measurement table displayed. Click Trigger key to start a single list-sweep measurement. Note: The soft panel only displays the measurement values for the first step of the list-sweep. When the list-sweep measurement ends, click Save/Recall key. Click SAVE DATA key. Note: Do not click SAVE & STOP key. If clicked, the saved data is lost from the buffer memory. 6. Getting list-sweep measurement data displayed on Web Browser   Click "Get Data" key on the web browser screen. Click START LOG key. Click GET LOG key. The list-sweep measurement data are displayed on the web browser.
