Can I install Signal Studio license files on the ESG or MXG over GPIB?

No. All Signal Studio licenses, perpetual, transportable and time based cannot be installed using GPIB. They can be installed via LAN using the Keysight License Manager or on the MXG, they can be installed from a USB memory stick.
