Can I retrieve BenchLink Data Logger II dataset if my computer crashes during a scan?

BenchLink Data Logger II automatically saves the scanned dataset in the database (.mdb) file. Please contact us if you would like assistance with the database file. We will ask you to send us the database file and will manually export the appropriate dataset for you.
